Leech Lake Cottagers’ Association (LLCA) has been active for more than 40 years as the voice of our cottage community. Our association works hard to ensure life on Leech Lake is safe, enjoyable, and sustainable.
Leech Lake is a small lake in the Township of Oakley, Bracebridge, Ontario. It is accessed by Fraserburg Road (Hwy 14) that runs east from Bracebridge. There are 132 properties on Leech Lake, development began in the 1960s.

Commitment to a clean, sustainable lake
- Provide residents with information on how to sustain a healthy lake and arrange for water tests or other services to measure the cleanliness and safety of the lake.
- Share environment and shoreline management information.
- Procure and coordinate fish stocking.
- Provide residents with information about the local wildlife, how they fit into the Leech Lake eco-system and how to co-exist with them!
